Celebrating the creativity, history, and ecology of Killeagh with events in Glenbower Wood & at Greywood Arts, Killeagh Cork. The May Sunday Festival in Killeagh celebrates community, creativity and Celtic heritage with music, art, workshops and nature-inspired events in Glenbower Woods. This Easter, Greywood Arts is inviting families to get creative with a series of hands-on workshops in preparation for the May Sunday Festival in Killeagh. Across April, participants can take part in design, dyeing and sewing sessions to craft bold and beautiful Bealtaine banners, which will become a striking installation in Glenbower Woods. Workshops include design sessions with Greywood Arts and Chapter Design on 17th April, followed by a Sewing Up Day on 23rd April. Experimental Eco Dyeing and Printing workshops on 23rd and 26th April will explore natural pigments, with finished pieces stitched together using nettle fibres.
