Summer in Dublin
About Summer in Dublin
Dublin City Council’s Summer in Dublin returns this July and August with a packed programme of free family-friendly events across Dublin city centre. Every weekend brings a different theme, transforming Parliament Street into a lively space filled with entertainment, interactive activities and colourful experiences for visitors of all ages.
Families can explore a wide variety of themed weekends including Blossoms & Bees, Circus in the City, Alice in the City, Hearts & Crafts, Wellness World and Playtime on Parliament Street. Each event features hands-on activities, street entertainment, face painting, creative workshops, games and performances designed to encourage families to get involved and enjoy the city together.
Alongside the Parliament Street events, free fashion shows will take place on O’Connell Street and Suffolk Street in collaboration with DublinTown. Visitors can enjoy live music, beauty showcases and the latest fashion collections in a welcoming atmosphere that celebrates creativity, community and summer in Dublin.
