Savour the Flavour of Donegal Town is a three day event taking place in Donegal Town from the 28th to 30th November. Visitors to Donegal Town will experience the best food and drink Donegal Town has to offer. Food & Drink Tours, Meet the Producers.
As we are heading into the Christmas Season and to create a Christmassy Atmosphere, the Annual Christmas Lights Switch On will be part of Savour the Flavour of Donegal Town Festivities.
There will be bargains and discounts galore during the weekend with the Annual Shopping Spree.
Savour the Flavour of Donegal Town will create a distinctive experience by immersing visitors in the best food and drink Donegal Town has to offer.
Local Hotels, restaurants and cafes will be creating dishes with local produce that will create a sense of place to include seasonal food and drink pairings, interactive experiences e.g. Food Tours of Donegal Town, Meet the Baker, Donegal Craft Bakery, Meet the Butcher, Local Brewery Tours, Barista Coffee Classes, Cocktail Making, Cookery Classes at Donegal Cookery School, Big Breakfast after a loop walk at Leghowney Country Markets, Food and Craft Fair with Cookery Demonstrations, Kids Entertainment something for everyone.
This event is part of Taste the Island.
