About Dublin Fringe Festival
Dublin Fringe Festival returns with a city-wide programme of theatre, comedy, dance, music, circus, cabaret, visual art and live performances by Irish and international artists. Taking place in venues across Dublin, the festival gives audiences the chance to experience new productions, original ideas and performances in theatres, galleries, outdoor spaces and unusual locations.
Alongside theatre and comedy, the programme includes dance performances, spoken word, live music, visual art installations, family-friendly shows, workshops and interactive experiences. Many events are free to attend, while others are ticketed, giving visitors plenty of opportunities to explore different styles of performance throughout the festival.
The festival also includes performances for children and families, including circus, theatre and creative events for younger audiences, alongside a wide range of productions aimed at adults. With hundreds of performances taking place across more than two weeks, Dublin Fringe Festival is one of Ireland's largest arts festivals.
Dublin Fringe Festival 2026 takes place from Saturday 5th - Sunday 20 September 2026.
