Smokin’ Soul
Among the OutdoorLiving.ie lineup of grill masters, we are thrilled to welcome Pat Conway and Jim O'Brien, the dynamic duo behind Smokin' Soul. Hailing from the picturesque landscapes of Cloonagh, Wexford these smoke house legends are on a mission to share their fire cooking obsession with the people of Ireland. Renowned for handcrafting their own custom-built range of BBQs, smokers, and accessories, Pat and Jim's expertise knows no bounds. Join them for live and interactive smoker demos that will ignite your inner pitmaster!

Firehouse Bread
There’s no stopping King of Bread Patrick Ryan. The face of Firehouse bakery and bread school, Patrick is a familiar face from West Cork to Wicklow and Wexford. A founding member of Real Bread Ireland and a Fáilte Ireland Food Champion his award winning bakery and cafe has just expanded with a third Firehouse bakery location in Gorey. Patrick joins us with his new Wexford neighbour’s Smokin’ Soul for some hot fired BBQ demonstrations.

Girl On The Block
Joining us with her infectious enthusiasm for all things meat-related is Jess Kelly, the craft butcher and sausage extraordinaire behind Girl On The Block. From her base at The Village Butchers in Ranelagh, Jess brings a fresh perspective to traditional butchery methods with her own unique flare and personality. Catch her hosting some butchery demonstrations that will inspire any meat and BBQ enthusiast.

Celtic Kamado with Joe Savage
There’s no show like a Joe Show! Look no further than Joe Savage, a Ballymaloe alumni and seasoned food and fire chef. Armed with his expertise and the finest cuts from Jess Kelly's butchery demonstrations, Joe will take centre stage on our very own Celtic Kamado grill. Prepare to be fired up with hot flames and succulent cuts of meat to taste from Joe’s grill.

Rockin' Tunes with Julie Ann Dwyer Music
Get your mojo going with Julie Ann & Dave as they bring their own rockabilly style to some classic smokin’ tunes across the day at Grill Fest.
