Get ready to mix color, creativity, and a little bit of magic in this fun hands-on workshop for families!
Create bright, colorful artworks using simple materials with surprising results! First, you’ll cover tin foil with vibrant oil pastels to make your rainbow-colored base. Next, you’ll place a sheet of white paper underneath the foil and use a pencil to draw your own design. As you press with the pencil, the pressure transfers the color from the foil onto the paper—revealing a beautiful, colorful drawing that appears as if by magic!
A fun way to explore color, texture, and drawing—and everyone gets to take home a unique piece of art!
This activity is suitable for children aged 4 and up, accompanied by an adult. This workshop will be run on a drop-in basis – You can come by the Cathedral’s South Transept anytime between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm. Booking is recommended.
