The Festival of the Erne in Belturbet in Co.Cavan is well known as one of the largest festivals of its kind in the region and hosts a programme of great variety for all the family. From pig racing to a bonny baby competition, the festival has something to offer everyone of all ages.
Highlights over the weekend include Pub Quiz, Teddy Bears' Picnic, Treasure Hunt and Children's Disco, Tractor Run, Outdoor Games and Funday by the Erne, a large family fun day with loads of activities at Belturbet Marina on Monday afternoon.
