One of Cork's most highly anticipated events, the Cork Baking and Chocolate Weekend will return to Cork International Hotel from 22nd to the 24th November 2019.
World-renowned chocolatiers and bakers from Ireland and abroad will flock to Cork to showcase their love of all things sweet.
The main exhibitor area will feature a variety of chocolatiers and bakers, while there will also be a childrens zone with workshops for the younger guests and budding bakers.
Throughout the weekend, a large marquee will host chocolate, baking and cookery demonstrations, while visitors can also indulge in our mini tasting rooms, with 30 minute tasting sessions to gain a more in-depth culinary education regarding cocoa content within chocolate.
Tickets
Our general admission tickets are just €5pp per day.
Tickets include access to the annual Great Cork Bake Off, our baking and chocolate exhibition where you can pick up supplies and Christmas gifts, events on the main stage (including Q&As from celebrity chefs) and a range of demos from cake pops to sourdough.
