This Halloween, Kilkenny, Shanagarry Design Centre is holding the ultimate Halloween arts and crafts party for the little monsters in your life on Tuesday, October 30th.
The Shanagarry Design Centre will be transformed into a spooktacular party packed with Halloween games and activities for all ages. Guests can arrive all dressed up in their boo-utiful and freaky costumes, have their faces painted at the event or even choose from a selection of masks.
Hosted by Ann O’Riordan from Eco Paisti Crafts, guests will be able to decorate pumpkins and cupcakes with some devilish designs. Ann, a firm believer in creative expression, started the children’s arts and crafts classes in the Shanagarry Design Centre to get kids off iPads and phones and to teach them to be creative through art. Ann’s classes run throughout the year on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
Whilst the kids are enjoying witches brew and treats, parents can relax in the award winning Kilkenny Café and enjoy a scone and hot drink for €3.50. Kilkenny Café is surrounded by views of Ballycotton Lighthouse and Bay and serves up a range of delicious freshly-made Artisan Irish food for breakfast, lunch and afternoon treats, giving customers a taste of home-cooked goodness in the heart of the Cork countryside.
The Halloween arts and crafts party takes place from 3.30pm to 5pm on Tuesday, October 30th. Tickets are priced at €8 and are selling out fast, to secure your place contact Ann on 086 3087647.
