Earagail Arts Festival
Earagail Arts Festival is a bilingual (Irish and English language), multidisciplinary arts festival which takes place each July throughout County Donegal – two weeks of music, theatre, visual arts, film, literature, circus & carnival on Ireland’s North West Atlantic seaboard.
From the 13th – 28th July 2024 this iconic festival will be on the road from West to North Donegal, with a host of new productions from award-winning local and international artists.
Earagail Arts Festival brings inspiring performers to this captivating European frontier, showcases artists native to the area and provides opportunities for cultural exchange, in venues from purpose built theatres and galleries, to village halls, forests and beaches, creating a unique cultural experience in the most unlikely of magical places.
Celebrating a culturally diverse Donegal, we invite you to a festival for all – to create and participate – whilst continuing to provide a platform for emerging talent alongside world class performers from across Ireland and further afield.
Highlights this year include The Journals Fleadh – Ireland’s first literary journal fleadh, Muireann Bradley, Home with The Henry Girls, Party In The Park and lots more.
