Family Yoga

Enjoy a relaxed and fun-filled Family Yoga & Mindfulness Afternoon, designed for children aged 4 to 11 and their accompanying adults. This session offers a chance to step away from screens and take part in a shared experience of movement, balance and calm. Led by Aoife Moore, who has over 20 years of experience working with children, the class encourages simple yoga, partner poses and gentle mindfulness exercises in a warm and welcoming space.
The session finishes with a cosy relaxation, where parents and children can unwind together under blankets. No prior yoga experience is needed, just a willingness to take part. Each booking is for one adult and one child. As places are limited to ensure a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, advance booking is required.
