In what’s often referred to as Ireland’s acoustic music capital, Westport, Co Mayo celebrates 12 years of hosting this fantastic festival.
Featuring acts from America, the UK, Europe, and of course Ireland, you’ll be spoiled for choice at the Westport Folk and Bluegrass Festival with its delectable programme bursting with gigs, more than one massive festival, workshops, and craft showcases by local instrument makers.
You are invited to three days of pickin’, pluckin’, bowin’, blowin’, strummin’, slappin’, slidin’ and old-style harmonisin’, and having hand-picked performers with love especially for you, festival organisers can’t wait to get one of the best boutique festivals in the West of Ireland well underway.
