The Tullamore Show & FBD National Livestock Show returns on Sunday 9th August for Ireland's largest one-day agricultural show. Held at the Butterfield Estate near Tullamore, the event attracts around 60,000 visitors each year and combines farming, food, shopping, entertainment and family activities into one of the biggest days out on the summer calendar.
There is something for everyone to enjoy throughout the showgrounds. Visitors can explore more than 700 trade stands, watch top-quality cattle, sheep and equine competitions, browse home industries, crafts, vintage machinery, forestry and innovation displays, or enjoy cooking demonstrations, fashion, shopping and children's entertainment. Children under 12 receive free admission when accompanied by an adult.
The popular Country Jamboree Stage will feature live music throughout the day, with performances from Dickie Donnelly, Joe Wynne, Ger Long & Katelyn, Colin Kenny and a headline performance by the Johnny Brady Big Band. Dog shows, equestrian events, machinery demonstrations and family attractions ensure there's always something happening across the showgrounds.
Whether you're interested in farming, horses, country music, shopping or simply looking for a great family day out, the Tullamore Show & FBD National Livestock Show offers a packed programme of entertainment and remains one of Ireland's best-loved summer events.
