On the Summer Solstice Weekend, June 23-25th the Body & Soul Festival takes place at Ballinlough Castle, Clonmellon, Co. Westmeath.
Body&Soul 2017 will once again put a contemporary twist on the Summer Solstice celebration, transforming the 16th Century Walled Gardens, forests, lakes and meadows of Ballinlough Castle into a bizarre and beautiful banquet of sumptuous surprises for discerning music, performance and art fans.
An immersive summit of music, discovery, spoken word, holistic escapes, debate, gastronomic indulgences, blissful treatments and theatrical delights, Body&Soul arouses the senses and makes the mundane magnificent
The event is strictly over 20s but children under 12s are allowed entry for free with a paying adult and there is a family campsite with its own facilities.
Festival organisers have planned a really special family programme this year. Soul Kids is the ultimate playground for little imaginations with spectacular acts, performances, creative workshops and adventures in the forest, lakeside, walled gardens and hidden pathways.
