We offer luxury self catering holidays & a perfect venue for weddings and other special occasions. We also hold regular cookery courses.

Inish Beg is a private island estate (with a road bridge, accessible by car)  just a few miles from the thriving market town of Skibbereen and the idyllic little port of Baltimore with its sailing, fishing and diving centres.

Your hosts, Paul and Georgiana Keane, have undertaken a uniquely sympathetic renovation and rejuvenation of this island paradise.

The Estate with its beautiful gardens, woodlands, parkland, farmland and foreshore will enchant all who choose Inish Beg for their self catering holidays in West Cork Ireland.

You will find an environment, facilities and experience second to none with a select variety of luxury self catering holiday cottages and holiday homes to suit the most discerning needs. Imagine yourself walking, bird watching, fishing, boating or just relaxing in this magical setting, with its beautiful gardens and grounds with a heated indoor full size pool complex.

Weddings

Inish Beg is a wonderful location to host a wedding (for up to 350 guests). The Estate with it's walled garden, sunken garden with fountain, woodlands, and landscaped gardens provide the perfect backdrop for wedding photography. The Boat House is HSE registered for civil wedding ceremonies. We'd love to help make your special day a truly unique event!

Daily Garden Visits

Open all year round, come visit our award winning gardens and woodlands. A perfect place for a strolling around our tranquil and magical 97 acre estate, through lovingly restored walled gardens, specially planted woodlands and winding shoreline trails. There are 3 bird hides and over 4km of tracks to explore. We serve teas, coffee and homemade cakes too! An idyllic way to spend a morning or afternoon.

Pirate & Fairy Trail

Ahoy, me heartie buccaneer! In the summer of 1631 Baltimore fell victim to a sensational attack by pirates who had travelled over 1,000 miles from the Barbary Coast of North Algiers. Come visit the Inish Beg Estate Pirate Trail and Learn more about the characters involved in this shocking historical event. We also have a new Fairy Trail with 10 beautiful fairy homes to find!
