Muckrosss Riding Stables and Pet Farm
Located in adjacent to Killarney National Park we are ideally located for pony trekking. We have horses, cobs & ponies for all ages and capabilities. You can choose to trek for 1,2,3 hours or for half a day. Hard hats and boots are provided.. Muckross Riding Stables provides immediate access to treks & trails in Muckross - world renowed for its panoramic views of woodlands, mountains and lakes. See the red deer roaming freely in the Killarney National Park Opened in 2010, Muckross Pet Farm is set on 10 acres with a wide variety of animals. This includes ponies, sheep, puppies, chickens, pot bellied pigs, rabbits, guinea pigs, donkeys, miniature goats, ducks, geese, deer and chickens. Also available are swings, slides and a play area both indoor and outdoor area. A picnic area is provided where tea/coffee, drinks and sweets can be purchased. Swings, slides and a play area both indoor and outdoor are also a feature. School tours and birthday parties are catered for.
