Terribly disappointing no individual family time and no photo with Santa . 20 euro is terrible amount to be charged very disappointing shouldnt have changed the set up . The last 3 years were brillant. This year we may book somewhere else as when we finally tracked down santa he didnt even ask the kids what they would like . Kids v upset.
