
Get a taste of track cycling on the world’s only pop up velodrome StreetVelodrome brings 3 days of FREE family entertainment to Smithfield Square Saturday will host Dublin’s Cycling Village & Family Fun WHAT: Dublin City StreetVelodrome WHEN: Thursday to Friday, 14th to 15th June 2018, 10am to 6pm Saturday, 16th June 2018, 10am to 5pm WHERE: Smithfield Square, Dublin 7 ADMISSION: FREE for spectators Race entrants must register in advance – places limited Dublin City Council presents the Dublin City StreetVelodrome, as part of National Bike Week 2018, from Thursday 14th June through to Saturday 16th June in Smithfield Square, Dublin 7. This free 3-day family friendly event will include live entertainment, music, kids’ activities, special guest appearances and great cycle sport entertainment! On Thursday 14th and Friday 15th June, StreetVelodrome Dublin City will be open to schools and the general public. Cycling enthusiasts are invited to come along to Smithfield Square and test out their skills on the velodrome which will be open from 3pm to 6pm - no booking required! Bikes, helmets and professional coaching will all be provided free of charge.
