All bookings are managed online and the chosen slot indicates the general visit window rather than the exact time to see Santa. There is no resident photographer so visitors should take their own photos. The café offers hot food, warm drinks and festive treats with a gift shop nearby for seasonal purchases. The experience is fully accessible with supervised parking and well maintained facilities across the site.
