St Patrick's Day Parade, Waterford
St Patrick’s Festival Waterford is back and in 2025 it promises to be bigger and better than ever. Commencing on Friday 14th March the festival will run for four days culminating with the annual St. Patrick’s Day parade on Monday 17th. We promise a spectacular weekend with events for all ages and to suit all tastes. Festival favourites The Booley House will light up the Apple-market again this year with their much-loved traditional Irish variety show. 30 live music acts are set to appear across three open-air stages. River cruises, walking tours, Celtic knot workshops, city centre fairground amusements and family fun activities are all taking place over the course of the festival. This year we give a special welcome to Niamh Donnellan as she brings her children’s folklore event to the Book Centre. Other spoken word events include Waterford Writers who will perform their poetry on an open-air stage. Watch out for Sinead Gould and her Irish dancing hip hop fusion...
