Derry City and Strabane District Council is delighted to announce that The Foyle Maritime Festival is set to take place from Wednesday 20th July until Sunday 24th July 2022.
A 5-day programme featuring the grandeur of the Tall Ships, the exhilaration of the Clipper Race, and a jam-packed programme of interactive, outdoor, and truly memorable experiences
A festival favourite returns once again with these popular, short motor tours on Lough Foyle on board one of this year’s race yachts. Take in the stunning scenery of Lough Foyle from a new perspective as you listen to real life adventures of circumnavigating the globe on board these sleek 70-foot yachts, recounted by the skippers and crew who have called them home for many months.
