The Bushmills Salmon & Whiskey Festival is is a two-day event showcasing music, food, the arts and delivering a unique experience for everyone.
The Bushmills Salmon & Whiskey Festival is a 2-day festival celebrating food and drink producers from the Causeway Coast & Glens and extending right across Northern Ireland. Tastings, workshops, food demos, live music, dance troupes, artisan stalls, street performers during this popular foodie weekend.
Whiskey barrel roll, salmon station tour, fashion show, evening entertainment in the bars and restaurants, town tour, free parking.
The Salmon & Whiskey festival, which celebrates the local heritage and fine produce in the area, returns on Friday 7th with the Bushmills Banquet, then on Saturday 8th June and Sunday 9th June.
Two days of fantastic entertainment and activities will spread across Bushmills Main Street, Milliennium Park, Bushmills Distillery and The Salmon Fisheries.
Bushmills Banquet is back by popular demand. A very special gourmet evening celebrating Bushmills Irish Whiskey and festival themed dishes from local participating restaurants and artisan food producers, showcasing the very best of Bushmills hospitality. Tickets on sale from Wednesday 1st May 2019, available from Tartine at Distillers Arms and The French Rooms.
On Saturday our celebrity chef Ian Orr (Chef Patron of Browns Bonds Hill Group) will whet our appetites and enthuse us with his inventive and creative flair. His inspiration for his menus comes from researching new ingredients and new techniques focusing on the use of mouth-watering local produce.
On Sunday we will be joined by local talented chefs who will entice us with a wide range of cookery skills and delicious recipes.
Main Street is closed to traffic on Saturday & Sunday allowing Naturally North Coast & Glens market to provide stalls incorporating local products and food produce from local businesses, creating a vibrant and friendly atmosphere.
Bushmills Distillery offer free whiskey tasting throughout Saturday & Sunday at the Distillery.
The Salmon Fisheries are open on Saturday and Sunday. This year is the International Year of the Salmon and the Fisheries will provide educational activities, complimented by informative stands and interactive activities such as angling simulators or fly tying demonstrations.
