Spooktacular Halloween Week | Beyond The Trees
Beyond the Trees Avondale adds a seasonal twist to its Treetop Walk and Viewing Tower with puzzles, storytelling and plenty of photo spots around the trail and tower. Families can try a Halloween-themed murder mystery from 10am each day and younger visitors will find simple activities woven through the woodland.
For a mild fright, the Treetop Twilight Trail runs 5pm–7pm, offering the chance to explore the walk after dark. Prizes are up for grabs across the week and there’s time to pick a slot that suits

Pumpkins After Dark lights up Newbridge House and Farm this October with a spectacular outdoor Halloween trail featuring over 10,000 hand-carved pumpkins. Visitors can explore a one-kilometre illuminated pathway filled with magical displays, including classic Halloween characters, dragons, fairies and movie favourites. Expect live pumpkin carving, seasonal treats and plenty of photo opportunities. Located just a short walk from Donabate Station, with limited pre-book parking available, it’s an autumn highlight for all ages

Funderland, Europe’s largest travelling theme park, returns to Cork this October with a huge outdoor setup near Páirc Uí Chaoimh. All Inclusive Halloween at Secret Valley
Secret Valley Wildlife Park brings Halloween to life with a bigger pumpkin patch, an upgraded Witches Village and the brand-new Halloween Valley Woodland Walk through the forest. Families can follow spooky clues, meet quirky characters and uncover hidden surprises before hopping on the tractor trailer back to the park. All regular farm activities are included, from animal encounters and keeper talks to bounacy castles and tasty Halloween treats.

Howling Halloween at Brigit's Garden
Celebrate Samhain in costume at Brigit’s Garden with spooky fun for all ages. Haunted Harvest Festival at Clonfert Pet Farm

Halloween | EPIC Irish Emigration Museum
Dracula is loose in the vaults of EPIC The Irish Emigration Museum, and Bram Stoker needs your help! This spooky guided tour includes clue-hunting, storytelling, spell-casting and more as families track down the escaped vampire and learn about Stoker’s life and legends. Pumpkin Carving Festival | Castleview Open Farm
Castleview’s spook-tacular pumpkin carving event is back – and bigger than ever! Pick your perfect pumpkin from the patch and carve it in the brand-new Carving Shed, then enjoy a day full of family fun across the farm. Bounce on giant castle slides, get your face painted, meet the animals and capture magical autumn photos. Entry is €10 per person (under 1s go free), with pumpkins priced at €4.50. Leisureplex is getting into the spooky spirit this Halloween with a fun-filled morning of frightful fun for little monster aa the Zoo Playland in all four Dublin Leisureplex locations will be packed with ghoulish games, creative crafts and plenty of prizes.
Children can take part in a Spooktacular Scavenger Hunt, try their hand at pumpkin painting and enjoy Halloween-themed arts and crafts. There’s also a colouring competition and special treats for anyone who arrives in fancy dress. Everyone’s favourite Disney duo is back at Kidspace for a magical pancake brunch! Little ones can sing and dance to Disney classics, meet Mickey and Minnie for individual photo ops and enjoy playtime in the fun-filled playframe while grown-ups relax in the Nest Café.
The event includes a sweet pancake brunch (dietary needs catered for) and is perfect for children up to age 8 in Rathfarnham and up to age 10 in Rathcoole.
