A little gem of a place easily recognisable by the large windmills that dominate the skyline around Donaghmede.
The park is suitable for all ages including nice walk/run for adults.
There is a skatepark at one end that is a good size and gets a lot of action.
A kids playground at the other side is suitable up to under 12s with nice climb and tree house as well as slides, swings and bouncers.
The location is surprisingly peaceful with plenty of water occupied by duck and swans - so bring some bread and the kids can feed them.
There is parking around the entrance and you can usually get a space.
Well worth the visit.
