Doagh Famine Village offers a large selection of life size attractions portraying life in Ireland from the 1840s until the present day.

The whole attraction is built around and includes original thatched dwellings which were still inhabited up until 1983 by the owners family and your tour guide, Pat Doherty.

Attraction include The Haunted Rooms, The Irish Wake, Orange Hall, Presbyterian Meeting House, Mass Rock & Hedge School, The Republican Safe House, The Travelling Community.

Refreshments are available in our newly opened Visitors Centre where our cafe will be open for you to enjoy the view out across the bay to the Five Finger Strand at Malin.

You are welcome to stay as long as you wish in the centre.

Guided tours start from 10.30am with the final tour starting at 4.30pm, except for a Friday when the last tour starts at 2.00pm

Suitable in all weather as mostly under cover.
