The Christmas Experience at Bunratty
The magic of Christmas returns to Bunratty Castle & Folk Park this festive season, offering a collection of unforgettable experiences for families and visitors of all ages. From sparkling lights to seasonal feasts, the historic setting will be filled with warmth and wonder once again.
The beloved Christmas Experience runs from 28 November to 23 December, with Santa back in his charming grotto on Village Street. Families can wander through the Trail of Lights, meet festive characters, enjoy puppet shows, visit Mrs Claus at the Golden Vale Farmhouse and hop aboard the Polar Express. Spaces are limited, so early booking is essential.
Breakfast with Santa offers a magical start to the day, with a festive feast in the grand surrounds of Bunratty Castle. Guests will be joined by Santa and his merry elves for laughter, stories and holiday cheer. Please note, bookings cannot be accepted for children under three due to safety and seating restrictions.
For something special, the Christmas at the Castle Show promises a four-course banquet and a candlelit evening of seasonal music. The renowned Bunratty Castle Singers will perform traditional carols and festive favourites in one of Ireland’s most atmospheric settings.
