Haven't been to Funderland in about 4 years and I was very pleasantly surprised by how much its changed. Brought 3 kids (13, 12 & 8) and they had a ball. There was something for everyone, there were loads of food options, a lovely section with stalls where I picked up a few bargains. I wouod definitely recommend booking the wrist bands online to get the extra hour, I didnt think we would stay that long but kids used the 4 hours on the rides (and hour spent on jungle river) and then done the games they pay for. Was lucky enough to win 2 wristbands from Yourdaysout.ie and brought 7 12 & 13 year olds today and they had a brilliant day. Again they loved jungle river and spent an hour just getting off and stright back on. Ques on both days were quite small and there was no long waits for thr rides. Its very well organised with loads of event staff and st johns ambulance (thankfully we didnt need them). All the staff that I spoke to were lovely, friendly and helpful. Also the toilets were very clean which i was surprised by.

It’s our Christmas tradition, Christmas just wouldn’t be the same without our annual visit. Great for all ages, lots to see and do. I’ve only given 4 stars as I’ve a tall 8 yr old and have to pay full price because of her height which is a bit unfair, usually they are priced as a child up to 12 yrs. I would definitely recommend buying your unlimited bands online so you get the 4th hour free. Can’t wait to visit again this year.
